Specialty Reception Stations 

Pasta perfect  $6.25 per guest 

Tri-color tortellini and penne pasta with chef prepared toppings to include: mini meatballs, onions, garlic, tomatoes, peppers, & mushrooms. Served with your choice of two sauces: vodka tomato cream sauce, hearty marinara, pesto, or basil alfredo.  Accompanied by crusty garlic bread, parmesan cheese and cracked black pepper. 

Chef attendant required - $75.00 per station 


Gourmet mashed potato and grits bar  $4.50 per guest 

Fresh Idaho mashed potatoes and cheese grits loaded any way you like.  Toppings to include: grated cheese, sour cream, butter, chives, bacon, jalapenos, and hot sauce.

Paella station  $6.25  Fresh shrimp, scallops, mussels, tomatoes, celery, olives, and onions in a bouillabaisse broth with risotto

Chef attendant required - $75.00  


Decadent dessert and coffee bar  $8.25 per guest 

A tantalizing array of miniature treats designed to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth.  The display includes dense chocolate, light and fluffy cheesecakes, assorted dessert bars, and fruit tartlets. Served with freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee with toppings to include: chocolate shavings, whipped cream, nutmeg, and coffee flavorings. 


Carved To Order Station

 Chef attendant - $100.00 per station 

Herb encrusted tenderloin of beef $425  • Serves 40 
Tenderloin of beef seasoned with chef’s special blend of herbs and spices. Accompanied by horseradish cream and Henry Bains sauce 

Roasted turkey breast $300  • Serves 50
Roasted turkey breast seasoned with sage. Accompanied by cranberry compote,yellow mustard, and mayonnaise 

Brown sugar glazed ham $275  • Serves 50
Ham baked with a brown sugar crust. Accompanied by grainy mustard and mayonnaise 

Roasted pork loin $250  • Serves 60
Slow roasted pork loin topped with apricot marmalade.

Steamship of beef  $850 • Serves 150
Seasoned to perfection and slow roasted to a perfect medium. Served with au jus and horseradish cream  

All of the above are served with assorted petite rolls To Enhance Your Carving Station

Classic Caesar salad  $100.00 - 50 guests
Cole slaw, potato or pasta salad  $80.00 - 50 guests
Grilled asparagus with lemon dressing  $150.00 - 50 guests
